The Dirty Projectors- Rise Above

Interesting concept album... an attempt to recreate Black Flag's famous album, Damaged.  As a Black Flag fan, I had to check it out.  It's not quite exactly what I was expecting, but that doesn't mean it isn't good.  Just different.  Way different (and that's probably because I don't even listen to the Dirty Projectors).  Anyways, this stuff is pretty mellow and the vocals are nice unlike the usual Black Flagish stuff.
