KXSC Fest Food Truck: Coolhaus

Coolhaus is one of the food trucks that will be posted up at KXSC Fest 2016, and, fittingly, they got their start at another music festival (some little thing in Coachella Valley). Co-founders Freya Estreller and Natasha Case first began concocting their complex desert delights in 2008 and made their food truck debut the next year. Their business has since taken off tremendously with fans on both coasts feening for their tasty treats. Coolhaus crafts architecturally inspired gourmet ice cream sandwiches that are as delicious as they are aesthetically pleasing. Their flavors run the gamut from Fried Chicken Caramel to Snickerdoodle Strawberry, and they sell ice cream, cookies and a plethora of pre-packaged fare. One of Coolhaus’ 10 trucks from their nationwide fleet (5 in Southern California, 3 in NYC, 2 in Dallas) will be in McCarthy Quad on March 26th, so be sure to stop by and grab yourself something good in between shows. DYLAN
