NEW ADDS: Elliott Fullam, Late Night Drive Home, Jozzy, Victoria Monet x Bryson Tiller, and Harriette

"A Hopeful Ending" - Elliott Fullam
Genre: Indie Folk, Slowcore
RIYL: Elliott Smith, Duster

18-year-old Elliott Fullam often draws comparisons with singer-songwriter legend Elliott Smith, and for good reason. Fullam’s fingerpicked guitar, lo-fi production, and wistful vocals are a must-listen for any fans of ambient indie folk. As such a young talented artist, Fullam’s future music is always something to look out for. But regardless of what musical direction Fullam decides to go in the future, his current music is the closest to new Elliott Smith songs as we’ll get.

"With A Dream Of You" - Late Night Drive Home
Genre: Indie Rock
RIYL: The Strokes, Weezer

El Paso-based band Late Night Drive Home lives up to their name with their latest single “With A Dream Of You” evoking the feeling of a melancholic nighttime drive as instruments drift in and out like objects through the car window. With its moody synths and almost-haunting backing vocals combined with prominent bass guitar, the song encapsulates a mood of sinking into lovesickness best summarized by its bridge, repeating the lines “Tonight I’ll sleep in a dream of you.” The song ends with a sparse outro with only vocals over a simple piano melody that leaves you with the odd feeling of waking up from an unpleasant dream.

"Alone" - Jozzy
Genre: R&B
RIYL: Bryson Tiller,  Kevin Ross

You might know Jozzy as the pen behind some of your favorite Latto, Lil Nas X, and Mary J. Blige verses, but she’s ready to take center stage this year with her new EP, Songs for Ladies, Free Game for N****s. On the seventh track “Alone," Jozzy skillfully crafts a beautiful yet painfully honest note to her new lover detailing her simultaneous fear of commitment and despair at the possibility of a life of solitude. With her soothing voice and catchy pre-choruses, Jazzy once again proves she knows her way around an R&B song.

"We Might Even Be Falling In Love" (Duet) - Victoria Monét, Bryson Tiller
Genre: R&B, Disco
RIYL: Ariana Grande, PARTYNEXTDOOR

In a welcome addition to the original track on her album Jaguar, Victoria Monét has teamed up with Bryson Tiller to produce an extended duet version of this beloved interlude. “U-Haul cause I might let you move in it” Monét sings as she creates a flirtatious yet optimistic feel with her characteristic use of witty wordplay. Tiller’s sultry voice brings a new element of playful dialogue between lovers. The melodious harmonies and funk-style bass accents in this single will have you falling in love with both of these artists.

"Goodbye Texas" - Harriette
Genre: Alternative Country
RIYL: Clairo, Limbo

The TikTok phenom behind “at least i’m pretty," is back with a country-style breakup letter to the Lone Star State. Harriette, a Texas native, sings “And you know I’ll always call you home,” as she nostalgically grapples with her departure from her home state. With some clever chiasmi and classic Texas symbolism, Harriette can make even the most unfamiliar listener year for bluebonnet fields. One thing's for sure, while she’s singing “Goodbye Texas”, we’re saying "Hello Harriette." Her debut EP I Heart the Internet is set to arrive on April 27th.
