Set in a dreary and cripplingly depressing Victorian England, the Cox Conundrum features a regular cast of downtrodden Dickens characters and let me tell you brother: things ain't easy for them. Tommy Traddles, Lady Dedlock, Will Smith, the Artful Dodger, and others do their best to play happy tunes if only to forget about their pitiful existence. The juxtaposition of their everyday squalor against consistently great song selection reminds the humble listener that maybe modern life ain't so bad. Airs Wednesdays at 11 PM. The final episode airs Wednesday 5/9 at 11.
